The cancellation of a registration for a seminar, an evening of study, training or other events is admitted free of charge until 15 days before the activity. After that, a flat rate of 35% of the participation fee must be paid. In case of cancellation of a registration for a course less than 7 days before the date of the relevant training, the total participation fee must be paid. Cancellations or changes must be made by writing by fax or e-mail. An absence in the seminar in the evening of study, training or other events is not eligible for reimbursement. However, it is possible to replace the participant (s).

Legal notice.
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Belgian law without regard to conflict of laws principles.
The possible nullity of one of the clauses of the present Terms and Conditions of use in virtue of the present or future legislation shall only imply the nullity of the concerning clause and shall not have any repercussions on the entire agreement.
Although you acknowledge that we will have the ability to enforce our rights in any court of competent jurisdiction, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Brussels, Belgium, regarding any and all disputes relating to these Terms. In case of conflict, only the Dutch version of these Terms and Conditions of use is legally valid.
